or Organic Maple Syrop
- 2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil

1. Turn on the oven to about 400 degrees. Prepare the Salomon. Wash it in the sink.
Prepare the baking pan with Extra Virgin Olive oil, use most of it on the pan.
Once you wash the Salomon place it on the pan, you can put the rest of Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil on top of it. Next cover the salmon with Organic Honey and on the top of it lie all the Organic Slivered Almonds. Bake for about 30 minutes. While waiting for the salmon prepare the fruit. Wash all the fruit and place it on the plate where you are going to ad salmon once it is ready.

Where can you buy all the Organic Ingredients.
Cooking is very simple and it really doesn't require many ingredients. When you look at the packages of all ready foods at the grocery stores, they include 10 sometimes 15 different ingredients beginning with xhantan gum, corn syrop, some artificial flavors. You really don't need any of it to make it taste good. Health is the most important and more Organic you use then better for your body.
I buy my organic foods at Trader Joe's, Sprouts Market, Whole Foods, sometimes Ralphs has great deals for Organic fruits and Vegetagles. I also look for Organic Local Farms. The closest one that is USDA certified I found in Ventura. Every Wednesdays and Saturdays in Santa Monica, CA there's a farmer's Market. Majority vendors is Organic.
